Called Linnford Bender at Kopper Konnection. Nice guy. Came out and gave me an estimate, which sounded fine. Had his company do the work. They were quiet, personable, and did the work, fixing all my problems. Can't recommend them enough. Give them a try, I think you'll be glad you did.
